These are three sunburst face decorative pieces inspired by King Louis XIV. Each plaque features a central face surrounded by radiating sun rays, a motif famously associated with the “Sun King” of France. Historically, this design was often used as a decorative element on antique French furniture, such as mantel clocks or cabinets, and similar motifs have also been produced as collectible brooch pins.
A (bright gold) is most likely a vintage brooch pin, though the backing is no longer present; it is believed to be made of metal. B (champagne gold) comes from an antique mantel clock and is crafted from metal. C (dark gold) also originates from an antique mantel clock and is made of brass or metal. These pieces are perfect for displaying in a bowl or leaning against a stack of books to create a layered, decorative look.

Our turnaround time is 7 - 14 business days from the date of payment. Items will be shipped with USPS or UPS and tracking numbers will be provided via email once shipping labels are printed.
