General Shipping Policy

  • Shipping cost depends on the package dimensions, weight, location, as well handling time and shipping supplies.

    ( Please note that large frames and paintings will be shipped separately)

    • Shipping rates for large frames and paintings are fixed. If you buy a small item along with a large painting, the shipping cost for both items will be automatically combined at checkout.

  • Our turnaround time is 7 - 14 business days from the date of payment.

    Items will be shipped with USPS or UPS and tracking numbers will be provided via email once shipping labels are printed.

  • All orders will be insured

    In the rare event of damage occurring during transit, please contact us promptly with photos of the:

    • Exterior of the package (including shipping label)
    • Interior of the package (including packing material)
    • Damaged item(s)

    Once we receive the photos, a shipping claim will be filed with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Fine Art Prints

Ordering & Turnaround Time

The print shop will be open Monday through Thursday each week. On Friday, it will be closed so I can place print orders with a local small business that specializes in Giclée prints. Their turnaround time is 2-3 business days and prints should be ready for pickup the following week.

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 7-14 business days for printing and shipping from the time the order is placed. Once prints are ready for pickup, I will ship them as quickly as possible. You will be notified via email once your print(s) have shipped.

    Most items in our store are vintage or antique, and therefore may show signs of wear consistent with their age and use. We make every effort to accurately describe any imperfections in the item descriptions.


    Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns. We encourage you to carefully review images and the item's description before making your purchase. If you have any questions about an item, please feel free to contact us prior to making your purchase.

  • Fine Art Prints

    All giclée prints are made to order, so all sales are final. Each print is carefully examined before packing to ensure it meets quality standards.  

    In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
