These mini J & G Alcock "Scinde" flow blue plates were produced in Staffordshire, England around the 1840s by the John & George Alcock company (active 1839–1846). The "Scinde" pattern features an Asian-inspired scene with willows, temples, and floral details, reflecting the Victorian fascination with Oriental designs and named after the Scinde province in India.

Perfect for decorative display, these plates can be showcased in a china cabinet, on a easel, on a kitchen or entryway table as a mini catchall, or incorporated into a gallery plate wall.
